K1m up for grabs everyday in Airtel Malawi promotion : Tanzanian diplomat wins
Just like in a normal football match, Airtel Malawi ‘Bola Kunthazi’ promotion has gone into the extra time with a tag prize of K1m everyday.
Announcing the development on Tuesday in Lilongwe, the company’s Marketing Director Tanmoiy Saha said this is to give chance to as many Malawians as possible to be part of the winners in the ongoing promotion.
The promotion’s extra time will take it to July 9.
“Our aim when we were launching this promotion was to see into it that the lives of some Malawians has been changed, something which has been realised and it is to this effect that we thought of going into the extra time,” he said.
Meanwhile, Mbonile Mwakatungu, a first Secretary at the Tanzanian High Commission emerged as the first winner of the K1 million prize during the draw conducted at the company’s head office in Lilongwe.
In a phone interaction with Airtel Malawi’s Public Relations Officer Edith Tsilizani, she said her luck will help her in various economic projects she is undertaking.
“This comes at a time when am sick and now I feel better, the prize has soothed my mind,” she said
To enter into the promotion, customers need to send a blank SMS to 58888 and play the trivia or send am SMS written BOLA to 57777.
One can also enter by making calls or using internet worth K70 or transacting with more than K100 worth of Airtel Money.
