Chakwera is vengeful and oppressive, a dictator like most pastors who abhor any form of contrary views, challenge or opposition. Just look at his track record since joining politics and see what he has done to those that contested his position at the convention and those that at some point have challenged his ideas/decisions/leadership style, they have been crashed and sidelined.
Similarly his approach to APM is hateful, demeaning, cynical, insinuating, belligerent and showdown kind of. I’m afraid how much we would see of him if he becomes state president.
This should be an issue if all people think about within organizations is promotion or demotion which, in my view, is rather shallow.

Is this a story or personal opinion? Read the first paragraph. It does not make sense. Shifting of personnel in parliament is not disastrous or lack of good leadership. It is in fact that people should be changing roles so that you give others to show their skills. Kabwila is NOT demoted as you want people to be believe. She has been redeployed within MCP leadership.
Can you guys right sense, otherwise you are exposing your lack of knowledge.
