So Malawians should wait even if there is no decent jobs. Poor infrastructure. Shame to be Malawian.

Wait a minute. The reforms impact Malawians and this minister proudly says Malawians don’t know anything about? Isn’t it appropriate for the government to tell the people what is going on? Are they proud that they are keeping people in the dark? How then can they get feedback on the reforms or suggestions?
That’s the biggest problem .

If we take this country and just for dpp no wonder we are way deep in this pickle..

Maybe there is some merit to the reforms, but lashing out at critics is hardly professional. DPP must overcome the reputation they have created for themselves – they have no right to be shocked when a citizen assumes an initiative will fail or go bankrupt because they have demonstrated to all of us a certain level of incompetent governance. They have a long road ahead of regaining our trust, so please no more lashing out. Understand our frustration and use these opportunities as teachable moments to make your case as to why we should have faith in the new reforms.

I agree with the DPP on reforms and surely as per Kaliati’s rants it will take time to bear fruits. I have so many friends in government who disgust me a lot. Imagine an employee going wherever they want to go and whenever.Government department should be productive and profitable. Look at the road traffic and immigration for example. They cant meet our demands because of laziness. These two departments can always collect enough to fund our budget but nay!
