Kamwendo, Kabango back at Nomads: Rashy visits training ground

Be Forward Wanderers FC board Chairman Rashid Gaffar paid a rare  visit to Blantyre Sports Club training base  for the Nomads  watched his club’s players train on Tuesday and later gave them a pep talk  of encouragement ahead of the  2017 season expected to kick-off on 8th April.

In a jovial mood, Gaffar had a chart with a number of players starting with the captain Francis Mulimbika, as he also hugged the likes of Mike Kaziputa, Alfred Manyozo jnr.

Gaffar said he came to give the players a word of encouragement as they are preparing for the new season.

“I came to encourage them that they should work hard ahead of the new season. I also like to associate myself with the players in order to hear their grievances because at the end of everything l want them to live a happy life at Lali-lubani,” said Gaffar.

Be Forward Wanderers captain, Francis Mulimbika saluted Gaffar for his visit and described him as their father.

“As players we are encouraged to see big people like MrGaffar visiting us at training. It shows that our officials have great passion for the game and our welfare,” said Mulimbika.

On another note, Joseph Kamwendo and Boston Kabango have joined their colleagues in training ahead of the new season.

Kamwendo also praised Gaffar for visitng the players training base, saying  his aura is always present in Nomads camp.

Kabango has been out for more than 9 months due to illness, while for Kamwendo there were a lot of talks about his future at Wanderers.

Also  present during training was Nigerian based Amos Bello, who have commited his future at Wanderers after speculations again about his future at Lali-Lubani.

This is what we need. Mr. Gaffar Keep it up. Timakunyadirani. Nyerere zili ndi chimvano kuyambira kale. Kwinaku, tikunena kwa anebaku, kuli chipwirikiti. Akuti a Stone Mwamadi atenga Bullets ngati yao, ma trustees kuthawa sapota. Hheheheheheheh! Ziliko season ino.
