Kananji not leaving Blantyre United

Blantyre United coach Elijah Kananji is still with his side despite reports linking him with a new job as Big Bullets assistant coach.

Last week, The Peoples Team announced that they have roped in Kananji to deputize Rwandan based Swazurimo Ramadani.

However, Blantyre United technical director Lawson Nakoma showed ignorance on the matter insisted Kananji is still with Blantyre United.

Nakoma said it was news to him because Kananji has been reporting for duties and that he did not mention anything showing he was leaving for Bullets.

“We also just hearing this news from the media, otherwise Kananji has not told us anything and he is reporting for duties normally,” said Nakoma.
