Please abale anga ma civil servants the problem is us who tend to portray our immediate bosses like small gods…often the times people in Malawi we give unnecessary spaces for district controlling officers such as DCs, DADOs, DHOs, DEMs, etc…you see them stealing but kungokhala chete…this country wont develop in this way.
Anytime we suspect misuse of funds lets quickly report such cases to police as well as the media. Otherwise, the rest of the country should not suffer because of the few selfish individuals…Bvuto aMalawi kuzolowera kupeleka ulemu even kwamunthu woti akutibera…

Very sad indeed to see the once disciplined Malawi civil servants, known throughout the world for their hard work and discipline have degraded so low. Where have malawians gone so wrong? Is it multi party democracy? Is it the central government failing to run the country? If malawians understand better the Kamuzu way of enforcing discipline under one party democracy, so let be it other than running the country into the state it is now.
