Richard Hara is Malawi’s most harassed DC. In only 5yrs he has been transfered from Lilongwe City to Mchinji District, and now to Karonga. With such transfers, does he have any achievements to show for it? There is hardly time to plan and implement anything. Please MALGA or local govt, stop harassing Hara for once.
