Apolisi, does this warrant an arrest of the driver due to careless driving? What was a 5 year old girl going to at 7 pm crossing such a busy road? Zinazi zimafunika common nonsense!!! Of course a life was lost which is bad, but consider the circumstances as well. Roads are built for motorvehicles that’s why they pay road tax but that does not warrant no respect to pedestrians. Or this arrest has been ochestrated by the employer!

Let these children be escorted and parents never shall you send kid to a place that will risk them crossing busy roads. However, 19hrs is too late for a 5 year chap to maneuver around alone. Ngozi zinazi mumapangitsa ndinuyo makolo.
