Not until political appointments like Chide stop will we believe that there is indeed reform. Otherwise this is just an exercise of expensive window dressing being done to cover entrenchment of political appointees.
By the way KAMU is back at MRA with their badly paid and poorly dressed guards manning Malawis borders. Its a shame that MRA should deploy such eyesores, shaming the Malawi nation with their habits of incessant begging at the borders

thanks as usual, Raph. However, you need to address sleeping boards out of their sleep as well. And, if such senior officials, accept to be snacked in public and take it lying down, will the rest of us at Nkalo or Nambuma or Mbalachanda do? Boards must wake up and defend their turf. Public officials must move for judicial review not only for their own sake but for the public good as well.
