Lead from the back- Mandela’s lesson to leaders

The earth is covered with a dark cloud.Tears flows like Nile river in the chicks of mother Africa crying for the tree which provided shade in the days of hot sun and shelter in times of heavy rain.

Authors can’t write the history of Africa without mentioning Nelson Mandela the man whose his death and life time is the best lesson for politicians, students, leaders and the society.

Mandela once lectured leaders in one of the his speech and l quote;

“Lead from the back and let others believe they are in front.”

Nelson Mandela dies aged 95

This  saying should teach leaders on how to govern people.

Mandela set a good example to the world he did’t want to be a political greedy person. He struggled with white’s but he did not want to call himself a life president after victory because he believed that he can still lead from the back.

Mandela also believed in Education as the only key to shape the nation/country l will also quote his speech in which he said:

“Education is the most powerful weapon in which you can change the world.”

Leaders should not respect the importance of education in the country if they are to respect the the soul of Nelson Mandela.  l can call him World number one Education activist.

Students and parents lets not dump education because through education we can shape and change our nation.

Mandela also students to be courageous enough and dedicated  in order to achieve their goals.He was a motivational speaker l have never met and he motivated me in his speech and l will quote;

“Everyone can rise above their circumstances and achieve success if they are dedicated to and passionate about what they do..” this is why Mandela made victory over the white in South Africa he dedicated himself in order to free his people.

Nelson Mandela the man in history his works and achievements towards Africa and the world in large will be remembered till the last drop of blood of the last person to leave on the mother earth.

Rest In Peace Mandela.
