Lilongwe TV dish Installer dies after falling from roof of client’s house
A man who was installing a dish in one of Lilongwe`s residential areas on Thursday fell from the roof and died on the way to Kamuzu Central Hospital.
Lilongwe Police Public Relations Officer Inspector Kingsley Dandaula confirmed the death of a man only identified as Kondwani Tonga, who was trying to install a dish on the roof of a house belonging to Vitumbiko Kaunda, who stays in Area 49 in the city.
According to Dandaula, Kondwani, in the afternoon of August 11, went to the house of his client to install a dish on the roof of his house where he accidentally fell off and sustained head injuries.
The owner of the house then took Kondwani to Kamuzu Central Hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Post-mortem established that the death was due to head injuries.
