I think we Africans (am Zambian) should be careful with press coverage. In developed countries writing negative stories about a bank will land you in jail…Here it is casual talk. A bank irrespective who owns it plays an important role in any economy.We are shooting ourselves in the foot

Nyasa Times, you are heroes. You have been vindicated. This bank must be closed again. Shame on RBM and government for allowing this bank to operate in Malawi again. The owner is indeed a crook.
He has no moral ground to sue Nyasa Times for any reason at all.
The guy has since resigned as chairman of Finance Bank in Zambia.

I agree, Nyasatimes should sue him for the same amount he sued you guys earlier for the serious defamation levelled against you. Sue him also for changing his name from Makatani tor Manihatani o Mahtani.
