Re the first sentence – my understanding is that this ban is ONLY in the Mitole EPA, and not to the whole of Malawi. Can anyone confirm that?

Lord have mercy upon Malawi, the floods in Jan already swept away many livestocks, and dont allow this FMD to render our farmers and Malawi as a whole in Jesus name!
