Malawi bishop found dead at his home
A Bishop for Flames of Victory Church was found dead at his home in Blantyre’s Chirimba Township, but Police say no foul play was suspected.
The “man of God” was sick and informed members of his church.
Blantyre Police Public Relations Officer Elizabeth Divala confirmed that Bishop Rabson Kaswamiyala was found dead by members of his Church when they went to his house Sunday evening.
The Church members said that the position that they had left their Bishop on Thursday when they cheered him up is the very position they found him lying dead and since he lives by himself, they suspect that there was nobody to alert neighbour or the church members about any development.
The 60-year Bishop Kaswamiyala was laid to rest at the HHI Cemetery in Blantyre but he hailed from Central region in Dowa.
The first impression I had when I saw the bishop’s picture was that of this Nigerian actor, Mr Ibu. How people resemble each other! By the way, was he one of Bishop Ziyaye’s classmate? Anyway, rest in peace man of god!!!!
