Malawi Carlsberg Chill DJ winner to walk away with KIA Picanto

Carlsberg Malawi announced that the winner for the 2015 Carlsberg Chill DJ’s will walk away with a brand new KIA Picanto with the runner up set to carter home K500, 000.

The revelation was made by the Company’s Senior Brands Manager Twikale Chirwa on Friday during a press briefing at their head offices in Makata.

Chirwa said they are happy to be back bigger and better and stressed Carlsberg Malawi want to give DJ’s a chance to showcase their skills.

“Our aim is also to promote the art of dee-jaying in the country. That is why in this year’s competition we are back bigger and better with the winner expecting to walk away with a brand new KIA Picanto,” said Chirwa.

Chirwa also said they want to offer opportunities for their consumers to interact with the Chill brand.

The Carlsberg Chill 2015 edition will be launched on April 4 in Mzuzu where a street party will be conducted in Mbelwa Street.

The competition which will see DJ’s competing for two rounds in each region before two are selected from the three regions will run for four months.

Last year the winner, who was DJ Crystal received K600, 000 and on top of that he travelled to South Africa for an interaction with Oskido.
