let me tip our police, check the vehicle DZ4223 hilux surf black. This is a suspected gang leader with guns, and seems to operate from a hotel around biwi area with gangs in most townships in LL. that is the gang that robbed and murdered a Zimbabwean woman some months ago in area 24 (the woman happened to be tenant to the gang leader).
