Uko ndiye kuganiza kwatulo. Nothing on earth stays the same. Everything changes. Dont be lazy, just be innovative and as government you need to start planning and preparing for change.

Already in the west here we are seeing smokers either quoting smoking or moving away from cigarette smoking to electronic cigarettes.

Keep sticking to tobacco growing until one day you will wake to find there is no one to buy it, may be mudzagulitsana nokha nokha ku ministry of agriculture.
