It is clear that people start organisations with no knowledge of how to legally raise funds but harass unprotected organizations for free contributions. This is why some statutory coops like ESCOM, Blantyre Water Board have run dry and failed the nation due to lazy party leaders who simply want to collect. Now they want to go for NGOs after messing up government institutions. When Malawians cry foul they justify their behaviour unconvincingly like nitwits.
This must stop.
