both Bowle and Chaponda are corrupted and they are fighting for one thing. To be loved by APM pretend they are loyal to DDP and Muntharikas. In reality they are dangerous. They can dump him anytime if he is thrown out of post. In fact they don’t like him. They did with Bingu but not APM. He is stupid to believe them. But what I don’t understand why APM give Chaponda and Bowle high positions? Chaponda sit on positions where there is money. Now the donors are giving money to scripture and irrigation. So Chaponda moved there by APM. May… Read more »

IT IS AN OPEN SECRET THAT DPP IS FULL OF CORRUPTION The truth of the matter is that corruption is getting worse and worse. The government does not care how much Malawians are suffering or will continue to suffer. They are busy “harvesting” where they did not sow! It started with Bingu who mercilessly looted billions when Malawians were starving. His brother now is blocking investigations on Bingu’s wealth. Can we expect donor partners to release their money in this kind of situation? Those in the DPP fold involved in corruption are being protected. It is now trendy for corrupt… Read more »

Guys is it true that all is well in this DPP Govt. Not even one singled out in corruption malpractice. The president is too corrupt I agree with Chakwera when he says the president meaning Peter is busy with corruption malpractices and completely blind to deal with his cronies and DPP. Ndiye nkumati we will seek reelection which country. You will lose like Hillary Clinton. lets TB Joshua prophesies now

I like what people are writting. Malawi could have been a better nation if it was not for Baliki, s mistake to bring this family Muntharika into our lives. Some Malawian still see APM as the best leader they never had. I know even foreign organizations in Malawi knows that Peter is very corrupted. A man who has no love for Malawi or Malawians. He came to Malawi to have money for his children and live the life he is living now and he could not live in America. He is living of Trump but Trump does not steal money… Read more »

When will ministers, MPs learn that their job is to fight the country’s enemies, develop the economy? If they gave that as much of their time and energy as they do making sure their own pockets are full of taxpayers’ money, Malawi would be well on the way to recovery and a bright future. 2019…choose your vote carefully!

Bowler is just wasting his time if he thinks APM will act on these corruption allegations. The so called cuts from the deals is the traditional way these people finance the party using government procurement routes. It is the same case with Escom, MERA, NOCMA, etc. We voted thieves into government despite being warned and so we shouldnt be seen to be ignorant of what we expected from these people.

Trump some years back he said ” if I should stand for president I will stand as Republican because they are stupid and ignorance” That was the same ignorance Malawians who voted for DDP 2014. There were no secret what PM will when he wins or stolen the votes. It was hatred of Malawians for a woman or MCP which gave APM/ DDP win. Now you are crying WHY? It is worse than when Bingu first year of is post. As soon as soon as APM came things changed. Don’t u wonder why APM can not fire those people? Chaponda… Read more »

This is the result of our very dull and sleepy president we have. How can onerepport a crime especially that of corruption to the highest office in the land and no action taken????????? The president is very incapacitated to running the country. I do not regard him as a president but as a farm captain not a president coz he is very far from beeing one, he is a total dunderhead.

Chaponda, Chaponda, Chaponda on every corruption related issues. What is special about him that he can bulldoze the whole country with impunity? The man is stinking corruption. Why can’t the president act? Is the president afraid of this baboon looking creature? Surely CSOs should challenge the president to take action against this figurative man. Malawi has destroyed powerful men before him. Let him ask BJ, JZU, Muwalo etc. Chapondas end is within sight.

O………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………O The statement that, “Bowler urged all civil servants to . . . emulate the president’s zero-tolerance stance on corruption . . .” – (9th Paragraph); just shows that Bowler is just as useless. . . . Which president is Bowler talking about? APM? Ha! Laughable but sad! . . . You see, it is statements like these; that make people feel like they are doing a good job on corruption and yet the opposite is true. . . . Nanga inu, besides making empty promises and displaying stray and meaningless anger, what has APM done to earn him the… Read more »

Hahaha what have you, as a citizen, done in fighting corruption apart from your flowery poems. More talk no action. You are not even bold enough to reveal who you are. Typical of fools masquareding as experts. Malawi has always been a corrupt country since independence and it will never change. As for Bowler i cant comment because everybody knows that he is an idiot. If the so called Fourth Estate has irrefutable evidence against Chaponda let it be published so the we may see how corrupt this old useless man is instead of insinuations.

If you have anything that resembles a brain, then you are yet to activate it.
. . . Otherwise, only a complete fool would say, “Malawi will never change because it has always been a corrupt country since independence.”
. . . Since am sure that your grandmother did not raise a fool in your mother to raise a fool in you hence these idle thoughts of yours, you may wish to find some use for your brain-like thing and stop being idle.

O…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….O Just come to think of it, Grace Chunga . . . . . . Could not Emeneka ably put forth his/her otherwise good arguement [where he/she is advocating for more action from us the citizens than just talking] without such sharp, derogatory hence tasteless words as “TYPICAL OF FOOLS MASQUERADING AS EXPERTS.”? Isn’t this statement (by Emeneka) full of untold levels of violence? How do we meet violence in Africa, if not with violence? . . . Yes, it is very unusual for some people (like myself) to put forth such tasteless posts (as this response to Emeneka) but… Read more »
