A Strategic plan for Ethanol production looks fine however if not implemented becomes a lip service. A project of such nature requires also community involvement through a small holding scheme offered to the citizens. Sugarcane farming is the simplest crop husbandry which doesn’t take high costs. Malawi has vast Dambos/valleys of which are underutilized.

Get the local people involved on small holding scale so that they can benefit and alleviate the current poverty.
Good Luck.

THINK OF, IF MOST COUNTRIES WERE NOT BUYING FUEL IN THESE MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES LIKE KUWAIT, ARABIA, IRAN, IRAQ, NIGERIA ETC. WE WOULDN’T HAVE THESE TERRORISTS. THEY ARE USING THE SAME MONEY WE BUY FUEL FROM THEM TO COME AND BLOW UP PEOPLE WITH THEIR BOMBS. THIS IS SO BECAUSE THEY BOAST THEY HAVE MONEY. MOST OF THE MONEY IS REALIZED FROM OIL. LETS BE PRODUCING OUR OWN ETHANOL AND LEAVE THESE OILS FROM ISLAMIC COUNTRIES. YOU WILL NOTE THAT WHERE THERE IS OIL TERRORISTS ARE THERE. THEY KILL PEOPLE MERCILESSLY FOR NO CAUSE.

BRAVO ETHANOL! BRAVO ETHANOL!
