Malawi FA launches Under-15 league
The Football Association of Malawi has introduced the Fifa/ FAM Under -5 Regional Leagues on.
FAMGeneral Secretary Suzgo Nyirenda said the leagues would be participated by Under-15 district teams from 18 districts, 11 in the Central Region and seven in the South Eastern Region.
Nyirenda said the establishment of the youth leagues would help to expose players at grassroots level.
“The formation of the Under-15 Youth Leagues is a step in the right direction in as far as promotion of youth development,” Nyirenda said.
“Through this league the players would be able to learn basic skills while their young.”
He applauded Fifa for initiating the programme with funding to run the league.
Fifa Development Officer for Southern Africa Ashford Mamelodi led a delegation of officials from Fifa among them Presidents for the Lesotho and Botswana FA’s, Fifa Technical Development Officer for Southern Africa Govinden Thondoo.

Point of order, what is the interest of FAM in an issue which is not benefiting the whole country. Leave this to Central, Southern and Eastern reagion football Committees.

None from the north.
We do not want new national team players from dead north.

YOU CAN NOW SEE WHY WE ARE ADVANCING FEUDALISM. I FEEL THE NORTH SHOULD JUST BE TAKEN UP AS AS REGION IN THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA PERIOD!!!!!
