I strongly agree with such idea, let’s buld young ones for better Flames in Future lather than costing billions of kwachas for disappointments. How long Flames has been participating in Cosafa, and other international footbal competitions, and how long have we got it? Renovational plan for team development is necessary in order Malawi to be recognized as one of the strong I ca in Africa. I can not blame coach or players for not bringing Cosafa to Malawi but High position Leaders for not introducing new ways for the team development.

I really like what you have written, but the challenge today is that FAM is pushing the blame to the Government, let alone they transfer their role to the government and see what are they going to do with their Mpira Village, they are administering football in the wrong way, at least they should be able to learn from various quarters who have come up in the open and try to advise them on what to do.
