“She was drugged, tortured and repeatedly raped. It was horrific,” said the eye witness.

It seems that the eye-witness was more interested in witnessing than in helping the victim, or going for help.

Can I ask all the religious people! If God is everywhere , what was he doing when this girl was being brutally raped and killed? Was he watching ? Why did he allow this to happen?

I am ashamed of my country. Why would someone decide to rape and end a life just like that. This is very bad and sad. May the person who did this find no peace, may everything turn against him.

Why would you publish such a picture of a victim especially before her family has even identified her? What’s wrong with Malawians? You have raped and killed her all over again. I am ashamed to be a Malawian today. You have no decency at all. Shame on you.

Nyasa Times should have more respect for the dead: this poor girl’s body should not be photographed like this. She’s suffered enough already!
