The people who have been found inthis malpractice are all DPP leaders and senior officials. No point in giving us this rhetoric.
That is why some time toward the end of last year I cautioned against MCP congratulatimg government for the full silos of maize. I pointed out that the maize will alleviate hunger only on condition that:
(a) A good distribution system will be in place ;
(b) the prices will be affordable.
These two conditions have not been met.
I later commented that there was no justification to injection party politics into maize distribution.
It is events like these that destroy government’s reputation. The Minister responsible should resign!

Japhi Mhango, explain to people In places like Benga admarc where maize stocks stopped coming because the Admarc is used as a storage house for WFP maize for a handful beneficiaries, where should the rest of the population buy maize? The same applies to many other Admarcs around. What measures are there for the rest of people during the whole 4months period?
