Which services are u talking when the govt is failing to pay civil servants who are supposed to deliver services? Just fancy by now many civil servants are not paid including trs.How do u think service delivery will improve?

Fellow Malawians: we can sleep well at night knowing that, politically, the country is in good hands and on the right track, in the hands of APM and VP Chilima.
