Following as latest update on the fake account Mwawi took it to the social writing on her Facebook page  disowning it saying she does not have one.

“Please note the account below Queen Mwayi on Twitter is not my account. I don’t have a Twitter account, so please whatever is tweeted on this account it’s not from me, please ignore this account. Thank you,” she said.

On the account’s latest post it says “ hated by many adored by a few. I know everything about African netball. Everything. Follow if you want left off field Netty from a school girl.”

Mwai, whose Facebook account is very active with posts updated now and then most about her life, has received sympathy from her admirers.

One of the sympathizers Jeff Mushumba Kaira advised her what course of action to take.

“You must report it to Twitter and have it blocked. Don’t let anyone use or assume your identity. Something can go very wrong if you let this go one unchecked,” Kaira said.

Another advice from Joseph Nduna said the fake account was damaging to her reputation as a public figure.

“ Joseph Nduna Thanks Mwawi. You should really be on the look-out. That is the sad price you have to pay for being what you are now. A quick look on Nigerian film media, you get similar warnings. I feel sad that other people want to misuse the achievements of others. Next time they will be soliciting for funds using your name. Refute this in advance please,” Nduna wrote.

Another Malawian sports celebrity South African based light heavyweight boxer Isaac Chilemba also raised an alarm after noticing that someone created a Facbook account without his knowledge.

Mwai has become a cult figure after  taking strides in netball being the first and only professional netball player plying her trade in New Zealand.

She inspired the team to a brilliant performance at the World Netball Cup held in Australia as she was named player of the tournament.

The “Chizeleza” is not Judge Joash, the chizeleza is Nyasa Times. Nyasa Times sensors perfectly good comments in favour of the rubbish you are complaining about.

Leave Mwai alone. She has her life and thank u for being part of her success but dont be among the list of her enemies. Mwai keep your head up the waters and know who surrounds you. Not all who cum across in your path of life wil be happy with you. DO WHAT IS RIGHT.
