JUST VISIT MWAIWATHU AND SEVENTH DAY HOSPITALS YOU WILL BE SHOCKED TO SEE DOCTORS ATTENDING TO YOU AS IF THEY ARE GOING TO GARDEN. SOMETIMES YOU EVEN WANT TO COME OUT OF THE ROOM SEEING HIM LIKE YOUR OWN HOUSEBOY LEFT AT HOME. REAL DOCTORS IN MALAWI LEFT FOR GREEN PASTURE ABROAD.
