Accidents will not decrease by doing this. Public transportation must be taken seriously. In every Minibus we have more than 10 passengers. It is a high risk to have an unqualified driver behind the wheel. The govt should introduce a special drivers license for public transportation drivers. The training has to be passed to get that licence otherwise we are rising or lives using these minibuses.

Good move. But do you know what happens at Chitakale stage and Nkando stage? One day you will hear that a truck has killed several people and damaged severa minibuses. What happens at these two places on the Midima Muloza road gives doubt kuti apolisi a pamsewu akuwona/? shame.

Iam very happy that police is in control than last year, most driver are not qualified because of the police traffic officers so by the way is my advise to not allow people to collect their licence short ways
