The issue here about recruitment and selection criteria. Its policy is being ignored. An investigation will reveal this suspect policeman was close relation within the ranks and files of the Police. Cronyism and corruption are the cause for poor selection of law enforcers. Cases of this type must prompt management to review selectionpolicy implementation and draw lessons for improvement
