Is Insulting and mockery at this point in time

WHY ..??
THE TRACTORS BOUGHT FROM INDIA USING TAX PAYERS MONEY (LOAN) WHICH WERE MEANT TO EASE AND MORDENISE OUR AGRICULTURAL SECTOR WERE DUBIOUSLY STOLLEN BY WICKED
LEADERS

TRY TO TALK OF SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE
WHEN YOU RECOVER OUR TRACTORS AND
OTHER EQUIPMENT STOLLEN BY THESE GREEDY
LEADERS

MAY GOD PUNISH THEM !! BECAUSE THEY ARE
PULLING OUR NATION BACKWARDS IN TERMS OF
DEVELOPMENTS
