Robert Mugabe is a criminal who has murdered thousands of his people and that is the reason he is so passionate about not ratifying the Rome Statute. Only those leaders who are criminals will make all sorts of excuses not to ratify. Let the ICC go after rotten African leaders who plunder their countries and massacre their own people.
