Malawi referee Dennis Nguluwe in Egypt for CAF training

Malawi’s FIFA referee Dennis Ngulube left the country on Saturday for Cairo, Egypt to attend a Confederation of African Football (CAF) young talented football referees’ course.

The course has attracted young talented football referees from all countries in Africa and is expected to last for a week. This is Nguluwe’s follow up course having attended the same course also in Egypt in June 2011.

A few days before his departure to the North African country, Nguluwe told Nyasa Times that the course will accord him an opportunity to master the techniques that goes with modern football refereeing.

“I will work hard so that scale to greater heights and I am happy for it,” said Nguluwe.

The Zomba-based referee has handled some high-profile matches both at national and international levels.
