Zinja, comment #2, thinks the picture is of a developed country! While I don’t recognise the location, everything smacks of Malawi. The Japanese vehicles, the mix and colour of cars and minibuses, the tax discs, driving on the left, the eletricity cables in an urban area, the large advertising signs and the state of the road are clues!

I dont think the pic indicated represent Malawi cities but its out sorced from abit developed country not ours…. anyway the issue is good but we should not expect cheap services and goods in Malawi, our Kwacha has just slightly appreciated because of just started tobacco season and it will depreciate when season closes so my fellow citizens forget about cheap vehicle Plates.thats total fallacy!!!!

Can you people stop lying. Toad Traffic has always remitted a lot of cash to govt through the reserve bank. It is a govt dept. With or without DPP MALTIS was going to happen because it was conceived by civil servants. Reforms are good and vital to all organisations but please dont relate them to Chilima because all the ideas came from civil servants. Lets also give credit to APM without his approval nothing could have moved. Reforms started 30 years ago with Sir Herbeq if you may know.
