Very much in agreement with the logic of the article. But it should also, at the same time, not be a tool for judging that some of the names mentioned have indeed violated the law. The danger is in the possibility of government using its powers to wrongfully accuse critics. Having said that, if they indeed have not paid up, they ought to do so!

Has MRA checked up on the tax status of:
– All Indians and Pakistanis paying allegiance to the DPP?
– All Indians and Pakistanis operating trading businesses in Blantyre and Lilongwe?
– All Chinese running factories and shops in Malawi?
– All political prostitutes flocking to the ruling party in Malawi?
These are the people not paying their fare share of taxes in Malawi
