Why can not peopel communicate through the many cafe’s around if they really wanted to? Even in remote places like Rumphi and Neno you can find internet cafe’s. This money could have been better spent building girl hostels and lecture rooms.

Lilongwe, Mzuzu and Blantyre gets everything ,what about the most needy in other districts, do they not deserve this sort of communications? Millions of pounds have been poured in from Scotland to Malawi, everyone in the rural should benefit as David Livingston did in the rural areas, follow him instead of just pretending!!!!!!!
