Mr. Reporter, you could have done better to give more details about this Learning Generation Program. What exactly is it about? Is the commission bringing funding? What does it exactly entail that Malawi will be a pioneer; or is a pilot? The article simply introduces Kikwete as Commissioner and gives excerpts of APM’s speech that hardly provide details.

who is a former president between the two – a young Kikwete or an old Mutharika? Success in education, like any other sector in a country is dependent on economic success of that country. A poorest country in the world can only produce a poor-quality education. And Malawi has attained a ‘poorest nation’ status as a result of being ruled by an old, ailing, clueless, discriminatory president. Malawi is a sorry state, made so by the stupid people who voted for DPP.
