Football Association of Malawi ( FAM) has started selling tickets for Sunday’s 2018 Fifa World Cup qualifying campaign return encounter involving the Flames and Tanzania’s Taifa Stars at Kamuzu Stadium on Sunday.
In an e-mail from Fam Competitions manager Gomegzani Zakazaka said the tickets are on sale from Friday up to Saturday.
FAM general secretary Sugzo Nyirenda urged Malawians to buy the tickets on the said days because on Sunday they will not sell any tickets on gates.
Nyirenda also warned that only 22,000 tickets have been printed and emphasizing those that will fail to access the tickets will miss a chance to watch the game because fans won’t be allowed to spread to the cordoned off terraces.
In Blantyre the tickets are being sold in the following places: Timerale Investments in Mbayani,Formula One Sports Shop Ginnery Corner,Ndirande Market next to Thompex
Home of Kits – Limbe Market ,Kamuzu Stadium ,FAM Offices in Chiwembe ,Blantyre Youth Centre ,Chileka/Kameza Round about.
For those spectators who would like to watch the match in the open stands should cough K1, 000, while those on the MBC stands have to pay K2,500.
