WE do not need a foreign company to run a hotel. This is unreasonable. If you want let them build their own hotel. Let Sunbird run it.

The hotel has to be opened its long time it was completed 2012. Lloyd, the request for operators was advertised and if those brands you are talking about did not express interest what do you think government could have done. You sound to have exposure but not knowledgeable, you dont force or handpick operators
