This is pathetic, despite this being a climate induced problem, our Government is lating us down late last year international institutions warned of a possible dry spell, our Govt said it was ready, but they did nothing. There was no strategy put in place in readiness of this. If they took that warning seriously this problem could be reduced e.g by supplying irrigation equipment to tobacco farmers near rivers, even using water bowsers to save our only Gold.Now our hope is gone and no chance for kwacha to gain strength, now instead of engaging in massive irrigation to avoid a… Read more »
