SA might have the most stupid president in the world, but at least they can feed themselves. Malawi have one of the most educated president, but Malawians are starving and depend on hand-outs from donors. Malawi have more fresh water than SA, with modern technology SA import fresh water from Lesotho. SA still support export food to Malawi (through Shoprite and other retailers), just to name a few. . I wonder who is stupid?
