Malawian man dies while having sex: Cardiac arrest
A man has died in a rest house in Bangwe Township of Blantyre after suffering cardiac arrest due to sexual excitement.
Malawi police have confirmed the death of a man identified as Emmanuel Sairi 39, during a sex romp.
He was found dead on Sunday morning in one of the rooms at Nyadirani Rest house in the township. He hailed from Mitundu Village T/A Malemia, Nsanje.
Limbe Police deputy Public Relations Officer, Pedzitsai Dzembeneko said the victim collapsed while having sex.
Dzembeneko said they are currently keeping in custody the woman who Sairi was having sex with, 24 years old Grace Sadik, a fruit vendor in Limbe town.
He however said they will do a post-mortem to establish if the death was a result of sexual excitement during a marathon sex.
Other reports indicate that Sairi, who until his death was a shop owner in Limbe market, died of Viagra overdose. He is said to have taken locally made aphrodisiac, Nkhondo Ku Bedi.
