“We thought of giving out some tickets to our customers on Facebook and as the days are coming closer to the much awaited festival, I’m happy on behalf of the company to announce that we are giving out three tickets to the three luck winners who participated in Facebook promotion,” said Nsapato.

The three winners are Susan Gobede, David Matiya and one T-nyc Gryc Lucie.

Nsapato said apart from giving out free tickets, TNM also offered a 25 percent ticket discount to the festival for customers who buy tickets through TNM’s mobile money service known as Mpamba.

“TNM Mpamba has made access to the Lake of Stars Festival easily affordable as customers who buy tickets through Mpamba are making huge savings of up to K7, 750 to enter at Nkopola where the event will take place,” he said.

He said that during the festival, TNM marketing team will be on the ground to provide instant services such as simcard, airtime and mobile money transaction using the Mpamba service.

“This is the big summer event which attracts a lot of people both internationally and local and as such we want people to access our services at a convenient. We promise to offer them our affordable and quality services as they have fun,” he said.

The Lake of Festival is scheduled to take place at Sunbird Nkopola Lodge in Mangochi from September 26-28. The festival is to feature several artists both local and international including the best MTV Africa Music award winner Mafikizolo from South Africa.

I do not know how to express myself on this issue. Why us Malawians still like to put on trousers at the beach even is hot. Perharps because the beach short trousers are so expensive. Please, China bring us some that we can afford to buy or the Mangochi tailers can try to solve this issue.

Nyasatimes is arguably the number one online news in Malawi but I cringe every time I read articles. The spelling & grammatical mistakes are just too much, pull up your socks you guys, come on!

Unrelated: Why are people making too much noise about Airtel’s BIS fees? Why can’t they switch to TNM?
