Za zii, MCH coordinators do advocay and health promotion at ANC all the time. The best way forward is to dirrect support professionals in MoH and not creat pararel structures for same purposes. But donors do not trust this Mathanyula theiving goverment so they will give anyone else funds to detriment of systmes in MoH
