Let them come home some have overstayed in embassies. But thats is no excuse your SPC or mwati Chief Secreatry is an old fellow who shud have retired last year.The problem of keeping old wood are betraying the President. This govt indeed it’s persecuting those that worked in the JB Govt and are career civil servants.I have in mind 35 diplomats that are on recall and some are not getting paid their salaries in foreign land like Timothy Sandram,career civil servants like Ted Nandolo,Dr Oponyo, Chikumbutso Mtumodzi, John Bizwick, Dr Charles Thupi,Ted Sitimawina.I blame the Chief Secretary not the President.The Chief Secretary is supposed to redeploy the employees or pay the gratuities but kaya is scared to provide proffessional advice to the President maybe coz he was a key member of the previous administration having worked as PS for… Read more »

If they fail to pay old pensioners whose net is only MK10,000 and when they pay it’s on 21st instead of 14th, how can they pay the huge millions that they owe the civil servants who retire now? I believe they government is stone- broke!

we are in a crisis lets work together malawians no finger pointing apa. The president is not blame at all else we share responsibility of not being proactive interms of our dealings. Lets not always wait for the government to construct a toilet at your home but rather work for yourself. Malawians kuzolowera mahand outs and clapping hands up to when ?

This man and his Peter are failing Malawi. Malawi should look for another President. Peter has failed and not JB again. Chakwera hell to the no. Kamuzu Banda should come back to life and see what is happening in Malawi. He would collapse and die again.
