Mario Gadaga appointed Blantyre United coach

Blantyre United unveiled Mario Gadaga as their new coach on Tuesday at Escom Ground following the departure of Elijah Kananji to Big Bullets.

The clubs technical advisor Lawson Nakoma confirmed the appointment of Gadaga, formerly of relegated Envirom FC.

Gadaga said he was ready to take any challenge at Blantyre United and promised better results.

“I have experience in the Super League having worked as Envirom FC coach last season. I don’t feel l will have much problems since l know most of the teams and their kind of play,” said Gadaga.

Gadaga also hailed Blantyre United for considering him to take the post and vows to repay them with good results .

Blantyre United technical director Lawwon Nakoma said they have confidence in Gadaga having coached in the Super League before.

This will be Gadaga’s second team to coach in the elite league.

Meanwhile, Blantyre United also popularly known as, ‘Mphembedzu’ have roped in a number of new faces in their squad like Vincent Chinthenga formerly of Bvumbwe Research.
