I used to work for a certain company. And the HR personnel had the same attitude as Chilabade.. Now the company is performing poorly.. they lost a lot of people because of such attitude. What is it with theses HR people and such attitude? They are HUMAN resources but usually lack empathy for other human beings. It’s like the courses taught at their school is how to mistreat employees. In my personal observation i believe it’s important to retain employees that perform well and to improve those that are struggling in addition to improving working conditions.. But alas..
