It is alleged that on 11th May, 2016, Master Security players attacked Williams after he disallowed them a goal forcing the game into stoppage and later abandoned as Civo were leading 1-0.

The match was later replayed and ended in favour of Master Security who proceeded to the next phase before they were booted out of the competition by Moyale Barracks.

According to a ruling released by the Fam disciplinary committee, the actions displayed by Master Security players are against article 27/10 of the Presidential Cup Rules and Regulations hence the fine.

It further indicates that the fine be paid before Master Security’s next official match.

In a related development, Fam disciplinary committee has also charged Silver Strikers with an offence of displaying unsporting behaviour in their Presidential Cup tie against Blue Eagles F.C which they lost 4-2 through post match penalties.

Silver supporters are reported to have man handled the referee after the game which is also contrary to Presidential Cup Rules and Regulations as stipulated in article 27/10.

The Bankers have been given until tomorrow (Wednesday) to respond to the charge.
