Every right minded person knows pretty well that the DPP is behind the cancellation of these elections. DPP knows that it will be shamefully defeated in these by-elections. If it were in the Southern Region, funds would be available for the elections. Unfortunately we have a DDP sympathizer as MEC Chair.
