I think Mr Chakwera should just instead strike a deal with Peter to paint the MCP headquarters building which is in a despicable state. It will be a win-win situation. KKKKk

This revelation also shows that LCC has incompetent officials who target small fish, plebians and corner them to pay yet leave the big fish culprits! How can the LCC and its accounts department let a client accumulate so much debt? Sheer incompetence at its best! 5000Mk, 20, 0000mk, 50, 000, 1million, 10, 20, 50, 100, 150, 250, 265 million osalondoloa ngongole?? Nkhululu inu eti LCC? very negligent officer, rather incompetent!
PAY.. just ask each member to contribute mk265 each.. deal done!

It is unfortunate dat Parties without properties and operating from rented houses are trying their best to surfocate Mighty MCP financially. UDF was at it. Now DPP is at it. There are several Govt entities ( ADMARC MALANGANGA & LILONGWE DEPOTS, NRFA )who owe the City a lot of Money. Why are they not pouncing on Them?
