Democracy demand transparency and accountability and the government is not transparent and accountable hence fake claims of inconsistencies and etc. The media group must continue pushing for the passing of the bill at all cost. It is part of what democracy is all about.
Media group, please find out who is supplying FISP inputs and Malata subsidy this year so that you can discover why they cannot pass the bill. Its a pity to learn how corrupt the FISP is being handled this year especially on supply and transportation. Umve weniweni.
